At Equity Protection Alliance, we help homeowners protect their equity and navigate major life decisions with structure, strategy, and advocacy. We’re a Transition Team. Diana Marquez, our realtor, handles the real estate strategy, and Jonathan Santos, RN, also a homeowner advocate, handles the transition planning. Together, we help people downsize and move into their next chapter smoothly, not just sell a house.
